Last updated: October 23, 2026

Inclusion K9 Training respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share information when you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to communications, or use our dog training and boarding services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing or home address.

  • Information about your dog, including age, breed, behavior, training history, care needs, and veterinary records.

  • Emergency contact and veterinary contact information.

  • Photos, videos, documents, and other materials you provide.

  • Payment and transaction information.

  • Marketing preferences and records of consent or withdrawal of consent.

  • Website activity information, such as IP address, browser, device information, pages visited, and interactions with our website.

Please provide information about other people, such as emergency contacts, only when you are authorized to do so.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and arrange consultations.

  • Evaluate whether our services are appropriate for your dog.

  • Provide personalized training, boarding, and client support.

  • Manage appointments, agreements, payments, and business records.

  • Send service updates, reminders, and individual follow-ups.

Forms, client management, and service providers

We use or may use providers such as Squarespace, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), Google Workspace, Stripe, and Zelle to operate our website and business.

Information you submit through forms, scheduling tools, or communications may be processed and stored by the providers supporting those features. Authorized assistants may access information as needed to perform their work.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect people or animals, address fraud or security concerns, or establish or defend legal claims.

Payments

Payments may be handled through Stripe, Zelle, or other payment services, including payment features made available through HighLevel.

Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy policies. We may receive transaction details, payment status, and related records. Please do not send full payment-card or bank-account credentials through general inquiry forms or email.

Email and text communications

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in promotional communications.

Where offered, you may separately choose to receive promotional emails, marketing texts, or service-related texts. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and request assistance by replying HELP or emailing Katelyn@inclusionk9.com.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from responding to an inquiry or communicating through other appropriate channels about services you have requested.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging services.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website and its providers may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics, and advertising.

Where enabled, we may use Squarespace analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising tools, HighLevel tracking, or similar services to understand website activity, measure advertising performance, and reach relevant audiences.

These tools may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, browsing activity, and interactions with advertisements or our website. Some may associate activity across websites or services.

Where applicable, you can manage nonessential cookies through the website’s consent controls. You can also adjust browser settings and advertising preferences provided by Google, Meta, and other providers. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality.

Embedded content and external links

Our website may include Google Maps, Instagram content, videos, social links, and other third-party features. These services may collect information when their content loads or when you interact with it.

Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.

Photos, videos, and testimonials

We may feature photos, videos, and testimonials in accordance with applicable permissions and client agreements. This Privacy Policy does not itself grant permission to use your likeness or materials.

Contact us if you have a question about content featuring you or your dog.

Information retention

We generally retain inquiry and client records indefinitely to maintain service history, support ongoing client relationships, and preserve business records, unless we delete them or are required to do so.

You may request deletion by contacting us. We will consider requests under applicable law and may retain information needed for legal obligations, agreements, financial records, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to update communication preferences. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Adults and children

Our services and booking processes are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
